Every year it is my Mom’s tradition
to prepare Birthday Chocolates for the “one and famous” Harry Potter and the “phenomenal
writer” Ms. J.K. Rowling’s magical birthdays.
I will teach you how to prepare easy-to-make home-made chocolates. All you have to prepare are your magical
bowls, spoons, wax paper, molds, and chocolates.
1. Pour 1 cup of hot water in a double-boiler. In case you don’t have it, you can use 2
stainless bowls. Remember to pour the
hot water on the first bowl then put another bowl on top.
2. Chop the chocolate bar into bits and start to melt
it in the second bowl. It should have a nice
and runny texture.
3. Shape your chocolates the way
you want it.
4. Store in the freezer for 8 minutes.
5. Unmold in a clean tray or wax paper.
6. You are now ready to put the chocolate sweets in a
box.

that you can make awesome, delicious sweets!
